What is the Energy Certificate?
Royal Decree 235/2013, of 5 April , approving the basic procedure for the energy performance certifícation of buildings (BOE 13 de abril de 2.013) "When buildings or units thereof are constructed, sold or rented, the energy efficiency certificate or a copy thereof must be shown to the potential buyer or new tenant and delivered to the buyer or new tenant, under the terms established in the Basic procedure". The Enregy label will be included at every offer, promotion and advertisement aimed to the selling or rental of the building or building unit.
